Valérie Igounet is a doctor of history (Sciences Po Paris) and a researcher associated with the Institut d'Histoire du Temps Présent (CNRS). Her research lies at the crossroads of political history and the history of ideas. A specialist in Holocaust denial and the extreme right in France after 1945, she is the author of Histoire du négationnisme en France (Seuil, 2000), Robert Faurisson. Portrait d'un négationniste (Denoël, 2012) and Le négationnisme en France (PUF, Que sais-je?, 2020). She co-wrote with Michaël Prazan the documentary film "Les Faussaires de l'histoire" (France 5, 2014). She is the author of the blog "Derrière le Front. Histoires, analyses et décodages du Front national" on FranceTVinfo.fr. She co-wrote the comic book Ils sont partout. Voyage en terres conspirationnistes (Les Arènes, 2022).
Founder and director of Conspiracy Watch, Rudy Reichstadt is the author of L'Opium des imbéciles. Essai sur la question complotiste (Grasset, 2019). A political scientist by training, he is an associate expert at the Fondation Jean-Jaurès. He has collaborated on several projects around the prevention of conspiracism such as the film "Comment nous avons piégé les complotistes" (Spicee.com, 2015) or the information website OnTeManipule.fr. Rudy Reichstadt is also the co-author of the documentary "Complotisme : les alibis de la terreur" (France, 59 minutes, 2017). He co-hosts the podcast "Complorama" on France Info and was a member of the commission "Les Lumières à l'ère numérique" led by Gérald Bronner (2021-2022). He is also a columnist for the weekly Franc-Tireur.
